This company did not finish the backside of our house!  I called the owner about the tools and asked when the workers would be back to finish. He came within the hour to pick up his tools and actually laughed while informing me that I didn't ask for the back side of the office building to be included in the bid.  What kind of gutter company does not do all the gutters that surround a building? What was the point in doing the front so that that the back dumped on the lower roof causing it to rot over the last 2 yrs? Not only did they neglect the back part of the 2-room office building, they didn't clean the gutters before installing the metal screen guards that covered the gutters.    The workers were friendly, cleaned up their mess but left all the owner's tools. We thought it was the right thing to call the owner so that he could retrieve his tools.  It would have been better to keep his tools to recoup some of the money that he stole from us. He still as of today refused to finish the job but never got around to reporting him to the BBB because I was too busy with our newborn. Do not use or trust this company!
