"I appreciate your feedback about our company. I encourage you to be sure you are comparing apples to apples when you are strictly shopping price. The old adage "you get what you pay for" is generally true. Make sure you are getting first-quality name-brand replacement parts, and make sure the work you pay for is covered by a good warranty. Make sure your technician is trained, certified and qualified to do a professional repair, and has the proper tools and equipment to ensure you get a good job that will last a long time. Your safety is at stake. Again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving us the chance to work for you."
