They are pretty good. Help to fix my appliances.

Nice repair man came out , diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. When he returned a week later and installed part there was still a problem so he called his supervisor and said he would get back with me one of the next two days. Did not hear back for 5 days so my husband called and they called immediately and set up an appointment for two days later. Three repairmen showed up and it was repaired in nothing flat. It was a fairly long wait but worth it because I had repairmen out three times several years earlier and it was never really fixed correctly. This time it works like a charm. I was charged the original price quote even though they made 3 trips to my home. I liked the the fact that the first repairman wasn't sure exactly what the problem was and called in some help. First time this oven has worked properly since I bought it. I have a double oven and the smaller oven has always worked much better. Repaired at last.

Excellent! They have excellent service. They were a little bit high but you get a lot better service with them.

I won't bother looking at Sears anymore when I need an appliance. I will go straight to Don's. Great service at a very fair price.

They came out and picked up the televisions. They were able to repair the televisions and everything is working fine. They explained what was wrong with the TV. This company was very good and I found them through the Yellow Pages. One TV was a 55-inch TV and and other was 46-inches. I called them once and they had to cancel because something came up. They came at another time.

Move to Tyler on July 4 2012. Had to buy refrigerator, TV, washer, and dryer. Looked numerous places. We ended up purchasing all these items at Dons. The sales person wasn't pushy, listened to us as we expressed our likes and dislikes of various models. They provided delivery and installation at no charge, even gave us an additional shelf for the fridge ($90 value). Everyone, including the delivery folks was kind and took the time we needed. Only negative is we were about to leave the store because no acknowledged us or came by to see what they could help with. Just as we were deciding to leave someone came to help us.

We were very happy with Don's Appliances. They had to do some cutting and adjusting for our cabinets. They did a great job. It was the first time that we were using them. It is top quality people that they have working for them.

I have just about furnished my home since we moved here at Don's. I can't get the same quality product, the service or the follow up anywhere else. I won't save 10 cents on the dollar and if I break something or if something fails I wouldn't get that service somewhere else. If I go to Don's and something makes a funny noise, they are here today. The price is within a dollar and usually I can beat the prices at the big box stores. It is a locally owned store. Their salespeople are meticulous. I've bought TVs, VCRs, DVDs, microwaves, ovens, stoves, cook tops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and freezers from them. They put it in and clean it up. It doesn't cost me anything. It is not $100 and next day. It is like where would you like it and would you like me to do that? It doesn't cost anything; it just comes with it. It doesn't get any better. They are better than anybody else. The prices are flawless and the quality is impeccable. It is not possible for them to come any faster. Their punctuality is on the money. I've used them for four years.
