I am extremely satisfied with their service, personnel and rates. I have used them several times and I will use them again. I got bids on the first job and they were very competitive. I had one small problem and they came back and promptly corrected it. Everything has been fine since. I would recommend them to anybody. I had the ramrod's cell phone so if I needed something he was easy to get hold of. They were extremely professional.

Since buying the house, I'd had a problem at night with the front steps posing a safety hazard due to inadequate lighting.  I'd tried various methods to light up the front path, but none were successful.  Daystar suggested a tree light (which I'd never considered) and this fixed the problem beautifully.  The tech was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.  Very patiently answered my questions and even called the next day to see if the light had solved the problem!
