He comes instantly and his charges are in line with everyone else's. He is very honest, dependable and has gone out of his way to keep us from buying new fixtures. He actually searched and searched to find small parts required to fix several old copper fixtures in our kitchen. One toilet had an overflow that was leaking so he replaced that as well.
