Gave me verbal bid and we agreed on job. I supplied all materials except mastic and grout. We were pleased with the tile work and layout design and suggestions. Over-all we are pleased with the job, but it took a little extra effort on our part. There were too many delays and we live in a community @15 miles from town. Several times he showed up but then had to leave and go all the way back to town for supplies he knew he would be needing. He also used my step ladder, my drop light and my Dremel tool and left all of them a little dirty. I thought that was a bit unprofessional. The job drug on longer than it should have because of too many 3-4 hours work days. I think he spread himself too thin with several projects at once. Since we had used him before perhaps a little much good ole boy attitude. This was in our master bath and we would clean up when they left each day to keep from tracking debris throughout the house. He used our toilet as a spittoon and left it filthy. I found several areas without grout, but was able to fix them myself before I sealed it. The tile and glass blocks had to be cleaned with a razor blade and steel wool. Luke does a good job and perhaps I should have been a little more of a boss and less of an acquaintance.

Luke started when he said he would and finished in the time he told me he would in spite of the rain. He cleaned up and left all extra materials neatly stacked on the job site.
