We had a water leak from our bathroom. I cleaned up best I could, but was concerned about water staying on pad under carpet. I called ColorPro and they came out the same day. They actually would have come out faster than I could get back home from work! They pulled up carpet, sprayed mildew and mold block and put it back down. While they were there, we decided to have our three bedrooms steam cleaned too. Very nice, very responsive and thorough. Very glad I found them and they deserve their good ratings.

We were out of town. A friend checked on our home and found it flooded after torrential rains. We cut the trip short and left for home. On the way, I called Colorpro. They responded immediately, vacuumed over 400 gallons of water out of our house and set up dehumidifying units and fans to dry out the house. All before we arrived home. The next morning there was more water in the house. They came back, vacuumed up the water, checked our water meter and determined that, rather than flooding from the storm, we had a broken water pipe under the slab foundation of our house. Because of Colorpro's experience, quick response and professionalism, we were able to fix the problem with No damage to our home, furniture, fixtures or possessions. I have used them for 15 years to clean my carpets with excellent results every time. This time, they Literally Saved my Home.

I wasn't able to be present during the time that the carpets were cleaned, but my daughter said Ian, the technician, arrived on time and was very courteous while he was at the house. There was a bit of confusion about the total due and my check was written for more than was owed. Rather than just taking the check as written, Ian pointed out the difference to my daughter so she could correct it. How often do you find that kind of honesty? I was very impressed. The carpets were cleaned on a Thursday morning and on Friday evening after returning home from work, I noticed a problem on the carpet in the hallway. I sent Russ a picture, expecting to hear from him the following Tuesday, since Monday was Labor Day. He responded very quickly to my text message and offered an explanation (wicking) and possible way to correct the problem until his guys could come the following Tuesday. I was extremely impressed and very appreciative that he replied on a Friday evening, but I was completely surprised when his guys showed up the very next morning to fix the problem area for me! This company is very serious about providing excellent customer service. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that I saw demonstrated by Russ, Ian and Bayne. They made me feel like I was a VIP customer! You need to hire these people!!

The bedroom looks great but they were unable to get the urine stains out of the rug. Very professional and explained everything before they cleaned.

After the cleaning the area still had a odor and a strain so Colorpro came out again and did another stain treatment. After the second treatment the smell is much better but the stain is still there but not as noticeable. The area was pretty bad to begin with so I am overall happy with the results. All other areas look great.

I called to get a quote on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Ian and Bayne arrived early and got right to work. They quickly measured the rooms and provided a firm quote. When they were finished, the carpets look 1000% better! Everything was completed in 2 hours.

We work harder than the rest to insure your continuous patronage, thats our true goal. i think most business savvy people know how much money it takes to find new customers, the first job usually doesn't make much profit, we count on your repeat business to stay in business , i don't even have records of this job however your customer information was in our computer, i dug up last years quickbooks looking for your job. i didn't find it.this unsatisfactory review hurts my little ol feelings. it's certainly not what we shoot for, if you would have called i would have done ALL that was necessary to correct it. i still will. even after more than a year. Russ came out promptly (After hours I might add) and provided a detailed estimate and the service was scheduled for the next day. His staff phoned and us told us when they would arrive to perform the task. The staff arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and professionally. I will continue to use ColorPro in the future!!!

This house is located in Frankston. Russell called saying his person, Ian, was running early and could be there in about an hour. Perfect. Ian, arrived and cleaned a heavily stained carpet into what looked like a brand new carpet. Price was worth every penny. I will use their service again.

Colorpro was amazing to work with! We bought an older house, and wanted to get the carpets steamed before we moved in. They worked around our schedules and came as soon as we switched the water/electricity to our names the day after purchase. You could definitely see the difference. And the carpets are so soft now!

I have 3 dogs and Russell the owner scotch-guarded the carpet at no additional charge. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable.I was not there at the house during the service which took the better part of the day as we had not moved into the new house yet.They left everything clean and they even put on shoe covers over their shoes whenever they came into the house. Russell even gave some shoe covers for my movers to use since it was going to be rainy on move-in day.

This was a great experience. Russ was very consultative and he knows his stuff. He didn't oversell anything. He was on time, my carpets look brand new, and they got out spots that I never thought would come out.

I called Russell Grosjean whose number I got from this site. He came out that afternoon and gave me a quote. A few days later I called to set up an appointment for a few days later about twoish in the afternoon. His crew showed up exactly at two and immediately got to work. Worked diligently until done. They were very professional, answered all questions and my furniture looks great. Wood definitely used them again and refer them to anyone that need furniture or carpet cleaning.
