It went great. I called Chris on Friday to get an estimate for this job and some work on the neighbor's trees. I left a message and within a half hour he was calling me back. He came out that afternoon, I showed him what I needed and explained the timing situation to him because we had company coming in later in the weekend. He gave me the estimate, and told me he thought he could get to me early the next week. Later that evening he called back and asked if it would be alright with me to cut the tree down early Saturday morning. He had been able to check his schedule better once he got home and get us worked in. They got here a little before the scheduled time and got to work. My wife and I helped move the debris to the trailer and load it on the trailer. I had told him that when I got the estimate. From the time they started till they were done was slightly under 3 hours. My wife has a big flower bed with a wooden border around the base of the tree. They didn't damage any of the border with the falling wood, and there was only one flower harmed, and we're not sure that it wasn't already harmed by the squirrels. They do the job quickly, safely, cleanly, and efficiently. This is the second job I have had them do for me. I also saw the job that they did for my neighbor, which was how I got their name in the first place. I highly recommend Chris and his crew!
