Called to confirm prior to appt. Arrived on time and with the correct locks. Took longer than expected to install them however. We were also surprised about his persistence in attempting to get us involved in his side business.

The lock was a handful and he made multiple trips out to my home to get the lock right, and spent a lot of time to ensure it would work. He went above and beyond to make sure we got something that would take care of the issue.
