They have done excellent mechanical service for my cars over the years.

They will get your car fixed in a timely manor and they will always do what they promise. I have never left feeling as though I was taken advantage of or talked down to because Im female, they explaine the problems, how they intend to fix it and its always been done right.

I had taken my car there the year before, so I brought it back the next year. The person doing the inspections, took another car ahead of mine even though I was there first. They conversed in spanish for a long time and he did some basic checks on her car, but not a full driving inspection and gave her a sticker and sent her on her way.
When he got to my car, he was abrupt and went over my car with a fine tooth comb. He then took my car on a driving test and finally returned and sent me to the office to pay and then he gave me my sticker. I felt I was treated differently than the spanish speaker client. I never returned there again.

The mechanic questioned the need for a tune up, but he pulled a sparkplug and checked to see if the parts needed to be replaced. The electric radiator fan had a bad wiring connection and needed a new motor and wiring pigtail. He said it would take a couple of days to get the parts. I told him that the car was made by an American company and call a parts man at a car dealer and found the parts on hand, and a better price. Steve got the car ready in time to take the weekend trip.

I took my car to Bud Jones Garage Inc. last Fall sometime. It was very reasonably priced. They are prompt, they try to squeeze you in even if they are filled up that day they will try to get to you. They will pick up your vehicle that is broken down. I am very happy with them.

Took SUV here on advie of a friend, after the dealership said I needed to spend $2800.00. Bud Jones fixed the issue with my SUV for less than $300.00. I might add this was over 1 year ago and the SUV still runs perfectly! Highly recommend!

The personnel at Bud Jones Garage were friendly, professional, and prompt. They determined that my alternator was bad. Their estimate to replace the alternator was less than other local shops, and the final bill was right on the estimate. Their work was first rate and very quick (same day).
