Great Place! Wondering spa service and fantastic clothing! It is a one shop stop!

No don'ts to tell.

Upon arriving at the salon, I had to wait 15 minutes for the stylist to finish with her last client. After telling her in detail what I wanted she made a comment that she thought this was going to be a simple color job. Well that did not set well with me. Simple color job or not I figure I am paying for this service and should not hear complaints about the work which needs to be done. I told her that I needed her to use bleach on my hair to pull my color out completely before putting color on. I have done my hair this way for 20 years and know my hair. She insisted on using a product that was supposed to take my color out while changing the color. Above anything I stated I did not want my hair to look red in anyway. Long story short, my hair ended up orange at the roots. I am very unhappy with the finished look. I did not return to have her try to make it better. I feel like a stylist should listen to the customer if they know that they need a certain product, (like bleech).

I thought she did an excellent job. She was very upbeat and friendly. Her shop was very clean as well, it's beautiful.

Their manicures and pedicures are excellent. I like to go there. They have a very good atmosphere there. They are very friendly and accommodating. They do a good job. The last time they were a little late.
