However, when I went in the pick him up they had him in the front behind the counter on the floor with a bunch of other dogs all together. My dog is 3 1/2 pounds and a very fearful rescue, they had dogs easily weighing over 40 pounds walking around with my 3 1/2 pound dog. Not good-anything could have happened. I never went back after that.

My blue heeler Apollo has been extremely hot with the summer weather hitting. I had decided to get the hair right off him. Lindy and Chas the two girls who worked there were extremely nice and explained to me that the coat has a chance of not growing back just right without proper care. They even told me ways to make sure his coat would come back to its natural way. I dropped him off early in the morning and could already tell he was very uneasy about going in. He quickly warmed to the girls and was just loving the attention. I picked him up later that afternoon and he looked amazing! A bit goofy at first but he was like a brand new dog, he didn't even want to leave. They did an amazing job and I'm sure he probably gave them a little bit of a fight. When he came home he was showing off his new do to everyone who'd look at him! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone, Good job Girls!

This time, however, they accepted no responsibility for the injury to our pet and offered no reimbursement for the veterinary or expenses for medications we are out to try to help our pet recover. And, the dog may possibly lose her eye despite our best effort to help her.

My experience has been very good. I like the ease of appointments. They treat my puppy good. They're just nice and friendly. It's a clean shop. They give quick service. They're kind to your animals.
