Mortgage Companies
We recently bought our first house. We contacted a couple of other mortgage brokers before we found Stefanie Smith at Bancorp South. Stefanie was far and away the best. She knew far more about mortgages and FHA loans than the other mortgage brokers, and she really cared about us. We were offered a far better mortgage rate from her than from the other brokers. She also was very thorough and patient with us while we matched up all of the deposits to our bank account (a condition of getting mortgage with any bank nowadays). I have already had the opportunity to recommend Stefanie and Bancorp South to someone else, and I am happy to spread the word even further here on Angie's List.
