Artimire's Urban Forestry has two full-time ISA-certified arborists on staff, which ensures that our customers receive professional consultation and actionable treatment options for your trees. Melissa, in the office was very good. She help me out a lot. When the crew got here, they took down all them trees so quick and fast they did a great job. I would recommend these guys to anybody out there that wants to tree cut down.

I rated the quality a 5 because when the company came out to mow the lawn they did a great job. Since then however, we have only had issues. Once we received our first bill, which was way too high, we called them and they said they would fix it right away and send us a corrected bill. We have yet to receive the bill and it was brought to their attention on 11/5/12. They also didn't come on their scheduled time because they weren't sure if we wanted them to. They could have simply called us to see,instead they just assumed. I think while the actual lawn care is great, the communication & customer service is lacking.

Not only did they mow, edge, and pull the weeds, but they also trimmed the bushes, cleared out underneath them, and cleaned up everything. I can't imagine how long that would have taken, or how many people they had to use, but it was well worth the price.
