It was terrible. The new floor was not level because the subfloor was not properly prepared/repaired. They replaced 5/8 inch plywood with 3/4 inch plywood. The wood quality of the floor was bad also. The flooring was warped from the manufacturer and the installer did not want to put it in, but was told he had to do so but needed to use a special tool/nailer. The end result was not good. We spent several months trying to work with them, as well as our insurance company. Eventually, we asked the insurance company to do "something" so they sent us the money to replace the floor ourselves. We ended up with a lesser quality floor out of the deal, but it looks nice. It was an ordeal that lasted for months and it all eventually got ripped out and replaced correctly.
