Allied Tree Service

The service went very well. We were totally pleased. They came out when they were supposed to. The price they quoted was decent. They did the work as requested. No surprises or damages.

The crew that arrived to do the work were obviously well experienced and took the proper precautions in removing the three pine trees that were each 80' to 100' tall and approximately 2' in diameter.  
The equipment (some custom built by the company) was appropriate for the job and added to the safety of the crew.
Evidence of insurance was promptly supplied when requested.
I suggest being flexible when agreeing to a date for service but also express any time criteria that may be relevant.  When I agreed to a "sometime early next week" there was a misunderstanding about exactly which upcoming week.   When it became clear that it would be the 2nd week, it began to concern me that it might be a problem since we were leaving for vacation during that week.
I made a call to confirm the day the work would be performed.  When our area experienced a storm the night before the work was to be done, the company called and explained that a previous customer was experiencing an emergency from a tree blown onto their house and that the work would be delayed while they dealt with the emergency.  
They did arrive later in the day agreed upon and did the work in a professional manner.  Everything was done except for the stump grinding which was to be scheduled at a later date.  When I explained our upcoming vacation, the grinding was put on hold until our return.  After notifying them of our return, the stump grinding was accomplished.
I was impressed with the experience and professionalism of the company and would hire them again any time I find myself in need of their services.   As a homeowner with many pine trees, I have experience with several tree service companies over the last 20 years and Allied's rates were among the most competitive and offered without need of extensive negotiation.

The guys from Allied Tree Service are outstanding. They did a fabulous job and they don’t leave dents in your lawn. They clean up after themselves. I cannot believe the machinery they brought in and they’ve had not tear up my lawn. He is a very busy guy. This man is in demand and you have to understand that it may take him time to get to you unless it’s an emergency. When he says he will be here, he will be here and if he will not, he will call you. We have been through so many stinkers and this guy is upfront and honest. He does a great job and he knows what he’s doing which I love the most.

Matt was good on his word and made sure I was satisfied and all the work was performed prior to payment. His father owns the stump grinding business and was a pleasure to talk to.Look forward to using him again next year.
