Both instances, the repairs were done well, on a timely basis, and at a fair cost. The staff is professional and friendly and keeps the customer updated with what is needed, cost and time to work on the vehicles. They do a wonderful job!

This work required removal of the engine cover on the inside of the van. I did not check the inside of the van (my son drove it home) until two days later. I found that the center console dash trim not completely installed, the carpet was clearly not tucked in and two metal caps (part of the vehicle trim) covering mounting screws were missing, and the electrical connection to the console lights was not reconnected. I was able to press on the trim to seat it properly. Then I call the company to fix what was not right. Over the phone I was promised that it would be fixed right and the metal caps would be accurately color matched (they must have destroyed or discarded the originals). When I retrieved the van the second time, the carpet was back in place properly, but the mounting screw caps were an awful color. When I called the store manager (he didn't call me!) about the color, he admitted he wasn't happy about it, but also said things in such a way that I felt like he doubted the screw caps were ever there to begin with. So I won't go back to any business that treats me this way!

Update 7/8/2013- same problem with the same vehicle started happening. I was able to determine that there was no vacuum and quickly found that the same hose supposedly fixed last year was broke again. So I fixed this myself with some interesting discoveries. #1) Last year, when I had this shop repair the same hose, the manager (?) told me they replaced some of the other vacuum hoses that were under the doghouse. Guess what? There are no rubber or plastic vacuum hoses under the doghouse! #2 - Ever since this shop worked on the van my wife complained that the engine noise was louder. When I removed the doghouse I found that the top bolts had not been tighten and a wad of used paper towel was under the doghouse seal, right beside the accelerator. Removing the paper towel wad and tightening the doghouse bolts properly reduced the interior engine noise!

They are really good and really great. They take care of any problem, always available and always listen and they don't make me feel weird as a woman. They just service all the way. They are very honest. They will come and pick you up and bring you back because we have only one car. So they come and bring back the car when it is done. It is so great.
