He fixed the unit immediately and only charged me for the service call. This is just one example of many. Through the years his service has been prompt and consistent. He has never misled me or charged for unnecessary work, and this is extremely important for a single person like me. Also, his prices are below the norm for this area. I trust this man and his company completely. Time is the proof of good service, and the service I have received from him has been superb.
Description of Work: I have used this company for the past ten years and I wouldn't think of changing. Steve Messer (the owner) is my Superman. My A/C went out on the fourth of July, which also happened to be the first few days of temperatures above 100 degrees. I called Steve and he answered my call, even on the holiday. He was at my house first thing the next morning.
