ACTION AUTO BODY

I went first, for the estimate, and they had to get the parts for the repair, to do it the next week. They let me take my dog inside the waiting room. I was satisfied with the price. They did all the work in one morning.

This was a traumatic experience for me, my first accident, and they (Mike and Melody - Owners) helped me through it. Action Autobody company came highly recommended from my insurance company, my boyfriend and co-workers. So, I never considered going elsewhere.



I feel confident that my car was repaired in a high quality manner. The quality of their work speaks for itself, they will not sacrifice that at the customer's expense or to save a few dollars.



I wouldn't go here if you are wanting something done cheaply though. A man came in while I was getting my estimate asking to save his deductible. Mike explained that he would work with him in any way that he could, but his repair could not be completed responsibly at that rate and he was not willing to send a customer home in something he did not feel was safe.



Any questions I had were answered and they went above and beyond to educate me on the entire process, from the insurance claim to the rental car.



I hope to never go through this again, but would highly recommend this company. If you are looking for a high quality repair, then go here!
