A1 Quality Roofing

Had to call A1 over and over to come to repair the roof and we had 3 flat tires due to roof tacks. My granddaughter and I had roof tacks in our feet that went through our shoes. The exhaust vent on the roofs were not replaced but merely spray painted, and they developed a roofleak around them. The flashing the fireplace continues to come up..so exhausting to call A1 for all of these issues and more as Mr. PETE just hangs up on our calls.

For the quality work that they did I was very impressed. They did everything in one day! The crew was real nice, efficient, cleaned up as they went. Went over the lawn with a magnet to make sure there were no nails left on the ground. They do excellent work!

Courteous and prompt service. Explained everything before hand and cleaned up after. Only problem was gutter guards were not all replaced properly and did not realize until after first storm. Neighbors commented on the nice job they did as well as us being extremely pleased. After getting several quotes and run around from other contractors I can definitely say they were the best East Texas has to offer. They did exactly what they said they would do and on time!

He is a great contractor, does a great job, will sit down and talk and listen. I think the most telling thing about him is he has the same crew and workers for over 15 years, and that tells you something!

We could not be more pleased with our roofing job. Peter Rios was on top of our job from start to finish. This was a complete roofing job due to hail damage, and Peter was here to meet with the adjuster during inspection to ensure we got a proper claim. He was on site repeatedly during the work. Peter also arranged for the gutter work done as part of the claim, and followed up to inspect that work, Excellent job! Many compliments from neighbors.
