Rototilling
He leveled the property on one side but not the other. When I called him and told him he said that it had rained and that was why it looked that way. One of my neighbors had gone over before it rained and had proof it was not level before the rain. When I told him this, he responded that they would charge to come back out, so I ended up getting someone else to come finish the job.
I had to buy materials and he did not use all of the materials but he did not return any of them either.
He was pretty nice to start out but he did not do what he said he was going to do and was very rude to me when I confronted him about it.
