RIGHT WAY DISPOSAL SVC

First Call: They told me that my credit card was declined. I told them that was not possible and asked them which credit card they had on file. They said I would have to discuss it with management , took my name and number and told me they would pass it on. No return call received. Second Call...Same as the first Third call same fourth call: I was informed the reason my card was declined was because the person with my name (a very common name)that lived at this address canceled their account in March because they were moving to Florida. So how come until three weeks ago I was getting my trash picked up like normal. I tried to inform them I had lived at this address for over 5 years and I have never cancelled my services. They asked me what the phone number on my account was I told them and they told me no that was not the right number and they said the phone number was located in Florida.. I told them I think they pulled up the wrong record. Response: "No our records are never wrong" Fifth call: Same old Same old Sixth call This time I was told that they had not received payment for a long time and therefore they cancelled my account. Did they notify me of this change? NO!!!! Then they told me they can reactivate my account just pay the quarterly fee and they will reactivate my services. Yeah right. I decided to give it one last try because as I said in the beginning the men in the field have always giving me excellent service. I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years . It is not however worth the headaches of dealing with so called customer service. So I will now look for a new company to provide these services with some regret. I suggest to anybody reading this review if you are with Right Way disposal Service change companies, If not don't start services with right way.
