I found Bert Rabbe via a web search. After corresponding through email to get a rough idea of cost, I had Bert come out to our  house to discuss our needs and take measurements. After another round of emails to finalize the specs and price, he gave us an estimate of 6 weeks. He ran into a problem with finding a stain to go with some new furniture we had recently acquired from a chain furniture store. I provided him with a drawer so he had something he could match the color to. It took him a few extra weeks to find / formulate a matching stain, but boy was it worth it. He did a wonderful job! He also did a great job constructing heavy-duty bookcases that can stand up to the weight of very heavy books. He was happy to split the delivery into two parts a week apart to allow us to move things out of the way. My husband helped him with the installation. Once everything was in place, Bert went around and touched up any little spots that needed it. We think he did a great job and would hire him again if we decide we need more furniture.
