We could not be happier with BriarPath. Our project included a complete remodel of our kitchen, dining room, living area, utility room, powder bath, and an office. Keith was instrumental in developing our plans and we were grateful for his insight and experience through that process. All of his crews were absolute professionals that made the project as worry-free as possible. The work was completed on schedule and on budget, with the only delays coming from specific materials and equipment that we selected. We are thrilled with the results and nearly everyone that comes to our house ends up asking me for Keith’s contact info at some point.

We can't recommend Keith Barnes highly enough. He took on our major rebuild and addition in Grapevine's historic district—no small task—within a tight, ambitious budget. The project came with challenges: historic preservation rules, a 3-month flood delay, and conflicting code issues. Keith handled everything with calm, kindness, and professionalism, keeping strong relationships with all parties involved. He was always communicative and transparent, especially with bank draws, which gave us peace of mind. His contractors were excellent, and he remained hands-on throughout. As a first-time homebuilder with no design background, I especially appreciated his patience and guidance. The final product is gorgeous, solid, and something to truly be proud of. After nearly two years on this project, we trust him completely and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

We hired Keith to work on a major renovation of our first floor to include a living room, kitchen bedrooms and laundry room. The project had many hurdles which included removing a load baring wall and working with us while we are out of state. Keith is a great communicator and did a great job to keep the project moving and to keep us informed of our progress and what steps needed to be taken as things came up. The professionals Keith hires do great work and we are very happy with the results. Keith has great follow through on all matters and great attention to detail which in my opinion are invaluable in this type of field. I would not hesitate to work with Keith again.

The crew started by protecting the walls, windows, floors, and furniture to ensure there was no inadvertent damage. They allowed me to add some additional projects that weren't included in the original scope, gained input on design choices ahead of time, and completed the effort on time with quality and on budget.

After trying to work with two previous contractors, I was incredibly impressed with how well Keith handled my project. He was very good about communicating exactly what would be required, time estimates, and budget.

Our experience was awesome! Keith communicated with us every step of the way. He returned call immediately or if he was tied up he would text & advise he would call shortly. He was very patient with all our questions, answered & made sure we understood the process. My husband & I knew pretty much what we wanted in the remodel of the master bedroom. I did ask for some suggestions, he offered options, but never tried to force us into taking his suggestions. We had a budget & stayed within that budget. We felt comfortable with his subs, their work was flawless & they were very respectful while working in our home. They cleaned up after each work day. Keith is a fantastic communicator. He constantly keeps you updated on progress as well as delays. He shares his insights and opinions on what would make sense or not during the planning process. He Is about as down to earth as you can get and seems to really enjoy his practice and getting to know his clients. We were very happy with the outcome of our major kitchen remodel as well as new wood flooring and removal of a load bearing wall. Our upstairs bathrooms were original to the house, 20+ years old, and in need of some major work. All 3 were gutted and completely redone. We converted tubs to showers, new electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, etc. His sub's always showed up on time, worked all day and did great work. Keith was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted and kept the budget in mind, even when we weren't. We were so happy with him, we're already lining up our next project with him... redoing our entire downstairs!

Keith Barnes and his team were absolutely wonderful. He sent me a thorough quote, did not rush and answered all of my questions. He explained in detail how the work would be scheduled and completed. He made sure everything was done correctly, on time and especially on budget. He responded to any questions I had through out the project promptly and patiently. His team took great care with all of the work they did, special call out to Leo who is very talented in painting, staining and the miscellaneous carpentry work he did. I am now enjoying a completely new remodeled guest bathroom, hallway, master bedroom and master bathroom with new tile flooring. I will definitely be contacting him for future needs.

We recently bought a 12 year old home that needed Updating and remodeling. Keith with BriarPath did a fantastic job of coordinating everything through the construction process and was so courteous throughout. He listened to our ideas, made suggestions and carried out the work while meeting our deadline for move in. The new stone fireplace is gorgeous, the granite is perfect, the master bath is Spa-like, love the barn door and the rest of the construction was also top notch exceeding our expectations. New Home needed multiple upgrades to lighting, installation of heated towel bar with rewiring required, expansion of attic storage space and other projects. Performance was outstanding at reasonable ost and exceeded our expectations. Did a few extras at last minute without additional charge. Will use them again for any future needs!

Briar Path is so detail-oriented. They seamlessly delivered a dream bedroom, bathroom and closet combination and collaborated and consulted with us on our choices every step of the way.
