Great company and great service!

They gave me a quote for deep cleaning. They were at the house on 4 occasions and did a wonderful job. The last day they were there the job was unacceptable and I showed the owner the areas that were not cleaned properly. She said they would finish the job on their next trip to my house. Then a few days later I received an email saying they would not be able to come back to my house because I was too far away. She offered me a refund in the amount of $75.00 and I had paid her $150.00 to deep clean my master bed and bath. She did a *general cleaning* of these two rooms at the same time she did a *general cleaning* in the rest of my house for which I paid $150.00. The *general cleaning* referred to the areas she had previously *deep cleaned* and had been paid $150.00 for each area deep cleaned. I paid her $300.00 that day - $150 for general cleaning the whole house and $150.00 extra to *deep clean* the master bed and bath, which they never did! They did excellent work all the other times they cleaned - the *deep cleaning* for each additional area and the *general cleaning* of the areas they had previously deep cleaned. I paid them a total of around $500-$600 and they did NOT deep clean the last area I paid them for. I will be more than happy to share photos if someone will tell me how. I have explained to the owner that I would tell about my experience if I did not get a full refund for deep cleaning that last area where they did a completely unacceptable job.

I connected with Lynn who owns the business and felt immediately comfortable with her over the phone. Lynn, Andrew, and Valerie are super wonderful people and have the upmost respect for my home. I feel like they are protective of my house and the things in it. We have a vacation rental home and they love it just as much as I do. Valerie is the creative one and she leaves attractive and welcoming touches for my renters-like a sailboat made of toilet paper!! They won't be the cheapest, but you will get the best service along with knowing you can trust them and depend on them. I would rather pay more and know what I'm getting than cheap out and have someone disrespect my home. Southern Living has high values and are all in all-just really good people. I highly recommend this team as they have been a wonderful local find and I'm very happy with my experience so far.
