I have been with Dish Network for 10 to 15 years.  The only time we have any kind of outages is when there is bad weather and that is nothing to do with the company.

The service is okay so far. It's pretty standard.

The new box came in and I was able to install it with no problem. But now my phone calls do not appear on the tv screen, like they did before. Also programs that I have scheduled to record, don't record. It has this annoying problem of cutting off and I have to select the cancel button for it to continue broadcasting.These problems are exasperating but I have confidence in this company that when I call them in the AM, they will come fix these problems. They have always been very reliable when I needed them.

He got there when I requested (7:30 am) and got right to work.. Had it fixed in less than 2 hours and he also fixed my tv satellite connections (which I didn't know was problematic). Everything is working great now.
I have used Dish Net for over 15 years now and have always had good results with them and their techs.

They installed tv and internet. Quoted us one price but our bills ended up being much more each month. Upon calling customer service multiple times they finally told us there was nothing they could do and would not honor the quoted price.

Service man was very polite and went straight to work and finished quickly. When he was through he asked if there was anything else and I told him 1 minor problem with a remote and he used it and said all I had to do was push a certain button and it would clear it up, I just didn't know that was what it was for.

Installation was professional and completed quickly. They showed up on time.

They're okay. When we had problems and they come and fix it. They provide us good reception but sometimes when there's a lot of winds sometimes we got interruptions.

I have been with them for seven years. They are excellent. They have different packages. I used a competitor in the past, but I found that with Dish Network I had fewer outages. The price is considerably better. I would absolutely recommend them.

Their customer service is good. I am very satisfied with the service that they are giving me. Their pricing is competitive.

I am pleased with their services but their price is expensive. I pay $120 a month for cable alone. Their response time is excellent also. I had given a call yesterday and they have already taken care of it.

They keep raising the prices of their service. They are reliable most of the time. They are just too expensive.
