Jack's wholesale meats will sell you sides or quarters of beef if you don't have a source to buy the meat yourself (like I did). They will also process venison, for all the hunters that may be looking for a venison processor. I am going to take our next deer there to be made into summer sausage - I hear Jack's venison sausage (both breakfast or summer sausage) is the best!
