Weed Man - Houston

Used them for 2 years with no visible results than I had before. The chemicals they use seem to be of low grade and are not very effective. After not renewing their service, they harassed me by coming to my house after they had called me and I told them I would not renew their service and the man would not leave after I told him no 3 times. I finally went back into my house and left him standing there.

We signed up with Weed Man after reading some good reviews. We signed up for the yearly fertilization treatment and treatment for sod worms. Several days after the grass was fertilized, we starting getting brown, dead patches all over the yard. My husband has called Weed Man for three days in a row now and they still have not come out to look at what has happened to the grass. Meanwhile, more and more dead, brown patches are blowing up. The yard will be all brown before long. My husband takes care of our yard and takes great pride in how it looks. He is beyond upset at this point. If you do something wrong, own up to it and deal with it. Instead, they don't show up and are not returning phone calls.

We will continue to use them.

We use them on a annual basis and pay for a yearly contract. They work in five to seven treatments throughout the year based on seasons. The price is rather expensive. They are more expensive then their competition.     

I expected them to advice me when they were going to treat and they didn't. I want to be there and see whats going on. The quality is above the standard fertilization companies. The work usually takes a half hour, the technicians are good.
