Made an appointment for 9:30 am on New Year's eve.  Appointment time was kept and work completed in 30 minutes.

I paid a small premium to have them perform the work at my home. They were prompt, did awesome work, used factory quality replacement glass, moved my rear view mirror and eZtag, and 1.5 years afterwards, I have had no issue with anything related to their work. I highly recommend them.

Responsiveness was amazing and price was much lower than alternative quote I obtained. They scheduled an at home replacement for only $15 more than a visit to their shop. Installer was timely, courteous and professional. He not only replaced the windshield but also transferred my registration and inspection stickers and my EZTAG without a trace of damage to any of them. The glass appears to be an exact factory match, even including the top area tinting. My vehicle has a lane departure system and a rain sensor system which was asked about when I scheduled the service. They had the right windshield and scheduled my installation for the very next day. I couldn't be more pleased and will recommend them to all of our friends.

We first checked the website of the well-known large auto glass installer who wanted almost $300.00 and didn't have any appointments open for 1 week. Then, after checking Angie's List, we selected Tomball Glass. We called Tomball Glass this morning and they said come on by and they'd get on it when we got there. They did start immediately and finished in a couple of hours. Cost was less than half of Safelite and work quality appears to be fine.

Found provider on Angie's List. Tomball Auto Glass was the second provider I contacted about replacing my 2006 Impala windshield. The quote was about one-third of the other provider's quote. Windshield was replaced at the business location within an hour of my arrival. They were very polite and professional from start to finish.

. My Tahoe had a major crack across the windshield. We called our insurance company (Geico) and asked what we should do. I have a $200 deductible which is why the $200 cost to replace. not sure what normal cost would be as my windshield has sensors and other fancy things built into it. The company Geico suggested I use had no openings; I could drop vehicle off but they had no idea when they would be able to get to it. I asked Geico for other companies I could use. They mentioned Tomball Auto Glass but didn't have any feedback on them to tell me what people thought of them. I contacted them and gave my information. They contacted my insurance company and then contacted me back (aprox. 20 minutes or so). they scheduled to (that day a few hours later) to come to my home and replace my windshield. They showed up on time with the correct windshield. I had never seen anything like it; they used a cordless sawzall with a metal spatula on the end to remove windshield They replaced windshield, cleaned up, collected the check and were gone within 30 minutes. My wife and I were both very pleased with knowledge, timing, professionalism and overall experience with Tomball Auto Glass. I would and have recommended them to others including family members.

They came highly recommended on the list so I called about 8:30 am. The price was good and they said they would order the windshield and it would be in around 12:30 pm. I stopped by at 1:00 but the order had not made their morning delivery and wouldn't be in till 3:30. They offered to come to my house and replace the windshield at no extra charge. EXCELLENT job and arrived when they said they would. Gave them a glowing rating although the part didn't arrive. My philosophy is that "Everyone has a problem from time to time but it is what you do about the problem that is important. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I actually found these guys on Angie's. I called several auto glass places on the list that were close to me and this guy gave me the lowest quote. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. This place is small with only two bays but it looks pretty new and it's very clean. The waiting room was clean with plenty of seating and there was a tv. I think the biggest plus is the attention to detail paid to me as a customer and to the repair job. All of the stickers and e-tag were transfered to the new windshield perfectly and the warranty was good too. They would have been the right choice even if they hadn't been the cheepest.

Hands down, this is one of the best deals in town. I needed the windshield replaced on my 2001 Ford Expedition since my mechanic determined that invisible water leakage was effecting the GEM module, causing all kinds of electrical problems. I called my insurance company (USAA) and their "preferred" provider quoted $300 for the windshield replacement. I called Tomball Auto Glass since they were close, and was quoted $115. Needless to say, I drove to Tomball Auto Glass and was in and out in an hour. Moreover, the technicians identified the previous leakage spots, then sanded and primed the affected areas prior to installing the new windshield, at no additional charge. While sitting with another customer, we were both amazed at the price. He had a rear window replaced on a Tahoe for $140, while others were quoting him $400. I highly recommend this company for anyone requiring auto glass repair.
