They were not cleaned out to the point where they’re full again very lousy job & lazy! Not worth money paid.

Great service on short notice. The appointment was easy to schedule and tech was here on time. The tech took time to help me understand the system (2-tanks) and was very polite. I’ll be a repeat customer and am referring to my neighbors.

Thomas with TNT performed the septic pumping. He arrived early and was pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, informative, and has a very nice demeanor. He let me know potential problems and how to correct. Pricing was in range of expectations. TNT kept me informed of scheduling. The only do better is after I texted my address a confirm of receipt would have been nice. I would definitely hire this company again!

From the moment we called TNT, there seemed to be an immediate difference from other companies we have used in the past. They had a friendly tone and were responsive to our request. They initially scheduled us for two days out, but were able to work us in the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. They communicated with us to let us know the change as well as updating us on when they would be arriving. When they arrived, they were cordial and pleasant to deal with. They emptied the tanks and pointed out possible problems that could be addressed in the future for prevention. Overall, we think they did a great job and would definitely use them again next time! Thanks!

Keith called prior to arriving and showed up on time pumped out 2 500 gallon tanks cleaning them thoroughly as well. Worked through a rainstorm and finished quickly. This is my 2nd time to use TNT and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I scheduled through Angie's list asking for next available time they could come clean out my tanks. They called on New Year's eve stating they could come out the next day. I was the first customer of the day, they called when they were about 15 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. Arrived, did a great job and moved on to the next customer.
This is the second time I have used TNT and I plan on using them as needed in the future.
