The project presented to this company was like a walk in the park for them. Excellent work and priced considerably lower than other quotes I received previously. I am sure my project wasn't as big as Chris and his crew are used to. But it was big for me, and Chris made it happen. Would I used Telschow Construction again. From initial contact to completion of job - Chris and his crew were great to work with. Over 400 ft of wrought iron fence is no small chore. They completed in 2 days and the fence looks amazing! I highly recommend Telschow Construction.

Telschow Construction was very good. I called them on a Friday and the next Saturday my wrought iron fence was installed. The installers were fast and professional. Chris was professional and kept me informed. I would definitely hire this company again

The owner did not supply the product per contract. The owner came to the site and after assuring us the material bid would work he had his installers use another size (smaller)and type of support post. The owner did not come out to check on installation. It was a small job and not worth his time to come out twice.

Quality craftmanship

Chris and Milissa were great and the quality of work was top-notch. Price was also excellent. Only small complaint is that communication was a little one-sided. The customer has to take quite a bit of initiative in this regard, but once contact is made the exchanges were always pleasant and professional. Would recommend working with them. We will have them out to do another job in the future.

Work was done well and priced right. They very neatly trimmed privacy trees to fit the fence in and completed work in a timely manner.

It took a little longer to get the work started from the time I signed the authorization, but the wait was worth it. The fence looks great. They left the yard without debris and had minimum disturbance of the shrubbery and plants

The original order was for steel post, wood post were installed. Telschow can back and installed the correct post without complaint.

Chris was unresponsive, made excuses for mistakes and provided poor quality work and service.

After searching for quite some time, we came across Chris and Telschow Construction. We wished to move an existing wrought iron fence, as well as have a wrought iron deco gate and arbor made. We added several brick columns to the fence construction as well. Chris came out in a timely manner (twice) before submitting a bid after careful consideration. He worked with us throughout the project as we made some changes and was always very accommodating in considering our changes or making recommendations. The workers on the project were very good from brick work, painting, making a custom wrought iron gate and including an electrician. We also had some wood gates replaced as well with solid frames on Chris recommendation. We would highly recommend Telschow Construction and will look to use them in the future to replace old wooden fences that will eventually need replacing.

Chris was fantastic on initial walk of project. Price a bit high. Quality work performed by 4 people. 2 removal and 2 construction. Project met my expectations...began 10am complete 5pm thanks to all. Highly recommend

The owner is very personable. He did sketches to help us get approval from our HOA. The installers were very friendly and courteous. The started and finished the job quickly. We would definitely recommend them!

The fence project with double drive through and a walk through gate was done quickly, with attention paid to small details. Not the cheapest bid, but best value price.
