Description of Work: It was a work project by a contractor on a remodel. He upgraded washer/dryer valves and inset compartment along the icemaker compartment, installed faucets in kitchen and 2 bathrooms sinks replaced a cartridge in the shower faucet and there was probably worked on the toilets.  + -1 moreWhen I got a return call, it was a secretary. I was having trouble explaining the problem to the secretary because I am not a plumber. When they quoted what I explained, they said it was going to be $500. She also laughed at me when I asked for same day service. However, when I looked it up online and found it was a different problem than they quoted me for. I went to Home Depot, I found that I could replace it myself for $39.
Description of Work: I needed a new cartridge in the valve on the shower.
