"We responded to the call and repaired it at no cost to the customer. The inspection that was performed 09/26/1016 prior to the leak developing, found no apparent problems. When the customer called in for service we responded with the G.M. of our company Paul McCoy 01/03/2017, after inspection found a leaking coupling, that was glued with hot glue that gave way, not sure what caused the leak to occur. It was installed correctly, so we re-sealed it and the repair was made under warranty by Seasons Air Conditioning we pride our selves on customer service committed to excellence.
