SeasonS Air Conditioning

The work has been good, no complaints. They cleaned up very well. The workers are fine.

I would use them again.

During spring maintenance, Season's recommended a starter kit and cleaning condenser which I had them do. Price was fair and about what I expected. I also had him pour clorox down the primary drain to prevent algae buildup. That evening I noticed the ceiling was stained under where the clorox was poured. Called the company, they came when they said they would, repaired the ceiling to our satisfaction, and replaced part of the drain so it would not happen again. They did not charge me for the extra repairs.

Seasons performed furnace inspection (10/06/06) and indicated in written proposal that roof flashing associated with furnace vent required replacement for $175.00. Relatively new roof is under warranty. Roofing contractor inspected furnace vent flashing (10/30/06) and indicated that there was no problem with flashing. Have concern that low cost inspection is opportunity to identify un-required additional work.

They are a smaller company, but always there for me when I need them. The air conditioning unit was a very old one and I couldn't afford to replace it at the time so Season's was very dependable for me. They took care of the maintenance and if it needed Freon or anything I could count on them. They are very polite people that I could trust to tell me what needed to be done.
