Excellent PLUS! The AC stopped working late Saturday afternoon around 3:30 pm after a power surge. I called Seasons and got a prompt call back from the owner, Jim. Jim notified Trace who was at my house within 20 minutes! Trace has been with Seasons for many years and is highly qualified and works with speed and efficiency. He fixed the AC and then checked my furnace per my request while they were there. Their quality and fast service was doubly important since I had eye surgery scheduled for Monday. Jim, the owner, didn't know that but sent Trace out that same afternoon just because they CARE! Excellent company. I really appreciated Trace's good work!!

Excellent. Hyatt, the technician, found a leak in the evaporator coil which happened to be under warranty. It had been so many years since I had it replaced I had forgotten until he told me. How honest is that? Hyatt was very thorough in checking out the AC system and explained everything in detail. Very professional service. I'll ask for him when I have my furnace checked. Also, Jim, the owner, will answer your call even after hours; he never lets on he's the owner, however. I've used Seasons A/C and Heating for years and trust them to do a great job.
