S & K Remodeling & Handyman Services was founded in April, 2004 under the older fashioned values of my Father. Even on the rare occasions that I might bring in a sub-contractor to fulfil a task, I still take first hand part in each and every job that my customers request of my company. My rates range between $40.00 to $65.00 / hr, depending on where I am going and what task is at hand. My trip charges are never more than $35.00, enough to cover fuel and my estimates are always free. I do not cut corners on any job, simply because I believe in doing the job right / correctly the first time so that my customers are not inconvenienced in haveing to call me back to their homes to correct mistakes. My customers mean everything to me and therefore I believe that customer services are first and foremost on every job.

"Member Hired my company for a shower and bathroom remodel, wallpaper removal, texture and painting. I quoted her a daily rate and the mid way through part of only one of the projects, she informed me that hyer budget was running ut and that she only wanted to finish the shower and install a sink and a few faucets. She kept me skipping around to different projects so that no one project was finished by the time the budget ran out. Member's report is slanderous and is considered as defemation of characture."
