We recently worked with both Niki and Mark looking to buy a house. My wife and I had just moved back to Spring from Scotland after a few years abroad. We actually accidentally found Niki but definitely glad we did. Niki listened to us, what we were looking and responded with several properties that were what we wanted to see. We often had to bring our kids along to viewing and Niki was not only patient with us but also with the kids as well. So much so, every time we see a white car near a house; our daughter asks if we are seeing Niki. Niki was knowledgable about the areas we were looking as well as very observant; pointing out several issues with houses that we had not noticed. Her research was done before each visit and she could answer most if not all of our questions. As we struggled to find something we loved, Niki suggested moving out of our comfort zone and proposed some new builds....we found the house that became our home. This is where Mark became involved as we stumbled through the loan and closing process with the builder. Both he and Niki were extremely responsive to our concerns and Mark even attended our closing along with Niki to make sure there were no surprises. Can’t recommend them both enough; knowledgable and likeable people who if you do get the chance to work with them you should!
