Description of Work: Replaced a pool pump for me. Didn't try to upsell me (in fact saved me money) and gave me ideas on what they'd think about doing if it was their pool.

+ -1 moreCommunication is excellent. They return calls promptly and show up on time. They insist on using top-tier materials (the equipment previously installed by other vendors was subpar, unknown to me) and methods and I felt like they were very honest about the options available for handling the issues I discussed with them. They had the opportunity on multiple occasions to get more money out of me but would talk me out of unnecessary work.
Description of Work: Various repairs and improvements to the pool equipment were made, as well as 'start-up' chemicals associated with replacement of the vinyl liner.
