Communication is excellent. They return calls promptly and show up on time. They insist on using top-tier materials (the equipment previously installed by other vendors was subpar, unknown to me) and methods and I felt like they were very honest about the options available for handling the issues I discussed with them. They had the opportunity on multiple occasions to get more money out of me but would talk me out of unnecessary work.
