Mike Huddleston Roofing & Construction

I used this company and they put the cheapest shingles on, even though I paid for premium quality shingles. They are now falling off the house and the gutters are full of the grit coming off the shingles. Watch out for this company. Insurance now tells me they will only replace the roof with the same poor quality! It has been 7 years since the roof was replaced! They have their $10,393.87. Now they say they only give a 1 year warranty. I would NEVER recommend them.

I used the company web site designed for customer inquiries. I described my situation and gave my contact info. Never heard from them, in spite of promised follow-up. This company may well do good work, but If they are untrustworthy regarding promises on their web site, how can I expect them to be trustworthy in other parts of their business?

Had an issue with the installation.  Sent communication to the owner(s) (Mike, Jeff Huddleston).  They never responded.

Their advertising infers that they have a Houston office.  It appears the only physical office they have is in Mansfield, Tx (south of the Dallas, Fort Worth area).  They do not have any local management in the Houston area.

I would not use them again and I would not recommend them.

We called our insurance company to report the hail damage and ask for an apprasial. They recommended Mike Huddelson Roofing to do the inspection, and Allstate's agent and Dan Morgan and another guy, sorry forgot his name, met to check out the roof. They agreed it was damaged and needed replacement. Within a week, Huddelson came back on the one day that wasn't raining and managed to removed and replace our roof before the rains returned. They worked so fast. It was barely four hours from start to finish. Then Morgan returned with his magnet and to check the work on top of the roof. Throughout the process, Allstate Insurance and Huddelson Roofing kept checking in with us to make sure everything was OK. I was impressed with the whole process.
