Prompt and good communication. Would definitely use them again

We were given Manny's name (Metiche Landscaping) by a neighbor who used him. Manny represented himself as the owner of the company when he wasn't. Manny quoted $5000 to remove some bush stumps, clean out the undergrowth, install a small retaining wall, plant some bushes, install mulch around some trees and plants and replace rocks that he took out to clean out the flower area. When Manny arrived he increased the bid to $7300 because I wanted some additional rocks removed. When the work was done, Manny wanted cash and would not provide a receipt. Manny completed most of the work, but never returned to complete the job and after a couple of rainfalls, all of the weeds he was supposed to have removed returned, and and at that point I noticed that Manny did not remove all of the stumps, he also did not install weed barrier under the rocks. I contacted the company and spoke to a female who said she owned the business and Manny was just a foreman. I told her about the work that was not completed and the work that was not completed properly. The owner "Lanoya" stated she was not aware of the work and that other employees were fired because they took side jobs representing her company and that other people had complained. The owner said she would look into the work and get back with me. I asked her to send someone other than Manny out to look at the job to see what needed to be done and she told me she would have to look at her schedule but she didn't know what to do about the issues. Its been a couple of days, the owner still has not returned my calls and will not answer her phone.

Arrived on time, communicated very well and also educated us on the type of tree we have and what to know for the future. Great pricing too. No complaints at all highly recommended!

They did an excellent job. Manny came out the same day to provide a quote and he quickly scheduled the appointment. They were timely, professional and kind. I will be using them for any other landscaping needs we have in the future. I highly recommend!

what a great experience. the estimate was delivered within 24 hrs and the work completed before the week was out. quality work with great and fair pricing. they also cleaned up and left the yard in better shape than when they arrived. i will work with them again.

This company went from high on my list to being the worst. Total lack of communication. Does not stand behind their product. We have 9 cameras surrounding our home and showed them video proof that their employees were blowing grass directly into our pool, that they yanked the Christmas lights they installed and threw them onto the brick walkway and would not replace plants that they purchased and installed after they died within a couple months. They also never weeded the flower beds which they had agreed to do. His wife very rarely responds to any message or text and when she does she says she will get with her husband Manny. Only problem Manny never responds either. Another company viewed our property and he could not believe that the yard was in the condition is was . Avoid this company like the plague or your yard will look like it has the plague.

All work was done today & I was pleased with how things looked. There were 4 trees of which 2 were tall pines. It took longer to finish because his shredder wasn’t working, but got done.

Trimmed our very large palm trees. Did a good job. Cleaned up the mess. Will have him back.

Manny and his guys are fantastic - totally hiring them for anything I need done! No complaints.

Manny and his crew did a fantastic job for an excellent price. We could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone needing landscaping services.

He does respond to giving you an estimate for your project and does respond to do the work and take your money. He has a one-year warranty on the plants and the irrigation system he installed and he does answer the phone and says he will come back but never comes. I had a knockout rose bush planted and it died shorty after and a year later he is telling me he still cannot get another one to replace it. There is also one spot in the yard the sprinkler does not reach and it requires a simple adjustment and he still has not come back to fix that even though he tells me he will come out.

Came out and explained to me clearly what he recommended and what he was going to do. I had to push out my work date two times and he no problem accommodating me. I would definitely recommend hiring him. I used him for tree trimming and stump removal and removing roots that had grown on top of the soil.

Manuel has good,experienced hands working for them. In this business, there are quite a few aspects that are not covered when you first receive a quote. Manuel and his crew expertly performed multiple tasks at a reasonable price and timeframe.

I plan to hire this company for regular yard upkeep also.

We hired Manny and His crew to install a French drain system as well as install chopped stone around our front flower beds and trees. The did the work as promised in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Metiche landscaping to our family and friends.

I asked Manuel to put lights outside on the tree, my husband is having surgery and this would be a nice surprise for him. Manuel was very attentive. My husband was very happy with it. Manuel and his crew are very professional, courteous and always do a good job. I have been using them for over three years now and have never been disappointed. Have a good Christmas Manuel.
