Me & My Porch Tomball

My wife picked out a table at Me & My Porch Designs at Tomball. The lighting was such that the table looked fine. But when we picked it up, we started noticing that the table had problems. I told them that I did not want the table. It was still in the store. Their immediate answer to me was "No refunds." They are extremely unaccommodating. Actually, they were rude. I absolutely will never do business with them again. Their shop is crowded. It took me a week to pick up the table after she had bought it and they just left it on the main sales floor, where people continued to use it. They didn't set it aside or do anything. It had scratches on it, dents and dings. Essentially, the table was ruined. Their customer service sucks. People should stay away from them. They say all sales are final and that's even before you get it out the door. Once you pay, it's final. They didn't have anybody to help load or unload it. I had to go back twice to get it all. They have a very small front door, to get things out. Their salesperson I dealt with was flat out rude. I don't see how they can stay in business with a person like that.
