They called to confirm the appt several days out.  They called on the day of the appt to confirm we were still ready.
They showed on time and were very professional.  They used three guys.  I walked into the attic and went over potential hazards to them and possible damage to the house.  They listened carefully and asked questions.  We reviewed what I was getting before they started the work.  Then I moved out of the way.  They laid plastic down and performed the work without any damage to the home or our hardwood floors.  They worked fast.  I didn't time them.  It seemed to go very quickly.  They were done well before 2 hrs.  I inspected the work and walked around the attic.  They installed vents correctly and nicely covered up recessed lighting with shields.  They installed rulers throughout the attic to show how much insulation was placed.  I had been all over my attic beforehand and was very familiar with the before-insulation state.  So i was able to confirm quickly that they had correctly used the right amount of insulation everywhere.  As a side note the insulation was white.  While the color choice was not really up to me, the unintended consequence was that my attic's dark areas were much more visible due to reflected light off the insulation.  They cleaned up all the pieces that missed the plastic and left with a smile.  Then Lowe's called back from the installation office to tell ask me if I was happy and to remind me of the warranty.  Lowe's is hard to beat. Russell Havens helped us design and select our cabinets. He also kept the price where we needed it to be. The cabinets arrived well before expected. They are very nice. He has continued to be helpful.

Everything went well.  The price was what we expected.  The workers show up on time.

They came right away and they were very nice to deal with. The only problem was, that one of the windows that we had replaced, didn't match the old window and they were supposed to come replace it, but they haven't come yet.

The quality of work is so fabulous and my kitchen looks brand new. The color of the paint, the pattern of the floor and the staining of the cupboards all looks immaculate. I would never consider doing business with anyone else. Lowe s is a very respectable company with very respectable workers. I am so pleased with everything and I would definitely like to give them a recommendation.

The kitchen in my house just went through a major renovation with the help of Lowe's. We hired them to renovate our kitchen completely from top to bottom. The people that came to do the work weren t very punctual, and we had to get on them to get the work done. We had new walls, cabinets, and counters put in, and the work was good, but the men were not very responsive. It took 3 months to renovate my kitchen. There were a few hold ups here and there, but the biggest problem was getting the contractors to finish the work. We had to keep calling and calling. Lowe's had to get on the contractors to finish the work, as they sub contract the work out.
