Boy, after all the hype asking around for a reliable, quick, quality service at my school, I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED in Melissa and her service! I brought in 10 small handkerchiefs, asked for them to monogrammed for my son's wedding-I told her they are special and for the wedding. When I arrived to pick up on the day she suggested, plenty of time, they were not done. Promised the next day but the work looked rushed, threads uncut, backing remaining on. VERY MESSY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS for quality service or product!!!
