Lennar Homes was great to deal with. The house was a quarter of the way through the construction process when I first saw it. The original customers backed out because of financial problems. I did not want any of the upgrades that were being done, so Lennar took them out. I just wanted a simple home, with no frills. That is what I got. To top it off, Lennar gave me a twelve thousand dollar discount from the original price. They have called at least once a month since I moved in, to check on the house. I have not had any problems with it.

Lennar Homes did an average job on my home. I have had some problems, and it has taken more than one phone call to get them to come back and fix them. They are very nice and professional, however their warranty and follow through was something to be desired. I would not reuse them, because I feel that they are not very prompt in their service.
