Justin is very skilled and personable. He was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. My job wasn't easy, and there was more than one way to accomplish it. He clearly discussed the costs for the options, and let me decide how I wanted the job done.

Justin came out and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He finished the work in no time and I was satisfied with the outcome.

I needed someone to come out and remove an irrigation control panel that was inside our garage that we are having turned into a small guest apartment. The control panel was right in the way because we are installing a window there. The panel needed to go! Justin answered the phone the 1st time I called (I called 5 other companies and no one answered) he did! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and even came out the SAME DAY! Justin showed up ON TIME, which is a big deal to me because it seems like when people say they are going to show up, they donâ t. BUT Justin did. He helped answer questions we had about our jacked up irrigation system too. He was professional and I highly recommend Justin.

Work quality and technical ability were both very good. The repairs were done in a timely manner. There were several areas where the excavation could have been done better however. by simply leveling the area with back fill. Perhaps bringing sand with them for just such a case would be a good idea. I was also charged for trip time which was not disclosed during the estimate phase of the job. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the work.

Justin is absolutely the person you should go to for irrigation repairs. He was very quick to respond, showed up when he said he would (early), and did everything so amazingly well. He's a true pro and I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone else. What i like best is he absolutely reasonable on pricing and he took the time to teach me different things about my system and how to prep it for the winter as well.

Prompt and professional

Justin was personable and polite. He was also masked. I called Saturday morning, the day before the "big freeze" and he said he could be here around 5. At 3PM he called and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 35 minutes. He was on time. He drained my sprinker system, and then weatherized it. He also rewrapped the outside faucets. Oh... did I mention his price was half of what another company affiliated with Home Adviser offered. I will use him to reactivate the system this spring.
