Residential (Interior Space Planner) Design Service
Charleen and her daughter came to our house and looked over the job. She was energetic, fun, and able to throw around some ideas. She told us that the following week, she would be sending us photos of items she would recommend for the job. The next day, I emailed her with questions I had- how long was she in business, could she send us some referrals, and if she was insured. We were ready to hire. We have received no communication from her or her daughter after writing to them 3 times. Terrible communications, and probably uninsured. We?ve been very patient, but she won?t respond. Poor business practices.

We take pride in customer satisfaction and are disappointed that we did not deliver. Unfortunately the week of promised communication was also the same week as Hurricane Beryl. Our home was damaged, and we were without electricity or gas for a week, which led to our phones not being charged unless we found a public place to charge them. I called J4UDecor and spoke with Charleen on remodeling my kitchen and dining area. She came to my house and gave me a quote that was affordable and in my price range. The following week she gave me some ideas and got started immediately. My kitchen and dining areas looks amazing. I am so glad that I went with this company. Plus I was working on our new baby room and after she got finished with the dining room and kitchen, she brought some stuff in to finish our bundle of joy room. I am so in love with her work. I used this company for my retirement party. Charleen was very knowledgeable and fun and everybody enjoyed her personality. She did above and beyond her duties. I also had a conversation about redesigning my house and she gave me some awesome ideas. I am definitely looking forward to her redesigning my home. The decorator arrived with all the items needed. All of the setups suited my personality. It was my 70th birthday and it was very well put together. Cleanup was done immediately after the event. I will use her services again and highly recommend this company.
