Integrity Car Care

A/C went out on my truck. Stopped by Integrity on the way home, they took 30 minutes to look it over and they found the wire harness was lose. They also found the fan clutch needed replaced. Left the truck with them and they had the work done the next day. A/C is running great!

I really like them.  I am using them today for three different cars.  They are just normal guys that are not trying to sell me anything and they seem to like what they are doing.  I have been to more posh places, but I have never felt comfortable there.  I use them all the time.

Integrity Car Care is very true and honest with diagnosing the car and everything. They give a really fair price. I was just so impressed. He saved me over $400. I was overwhelmed with his honesty. Excellent on their price and integrity is their name. They are pure honest, honest. Very honest. They are new company, they have only been around for like a year and a half. Quality is superb. I didn't have to go back. Nothing is broken and everything works. He is responsive. I have talked to him about work another mechanic was going to do and he explained to me what the guy should do. If you are in Turnball you need to go to Integrity. Their punctuality is flawless. When my A/C went out I was coming into town I just went by. He said let me check it real quick and he had a lot of people in there. I said I could come back and he said no he could fix it. They gave me a courtesy drive to where I could sit and wait for 45 minutes at Dennys. They are very professional, very business with all the service, the pricing, everything.

The alignment was way out on my mother in law's car due to hitting a curb. The front tires were replaced at Discount Tires and I asked if they could recommend a shop in the area to do an alignment. Integrity is located where the old Joe's and Midas locations were and I decided to take a chance even though there was no Angie's List review. The owner works the counter and was able to get me in on a Saturday afternoon. They worked on the car and determined that something was bent and they could not align the car properly. They found that the passenger side strut was leaking and the driver's side strut was riding an inch below the passenger side. They walked me over the car and showed me what they found. I opted to replace both struts. Even though it was after closing time, the owner ordered the struts so they could be on site first thing on Monday. Then the strangest thing happened...he handed me the keys and told me that he would see me on Monday. No signature, no paying for the oil change or any diagnostic charge! Imagine that....trust!
I brought in the car at 8:30 am on Monday and told them to call me when it was done. By 1pm, I got the call and went by to pick it up. The car rode and steered like new and I looked at the alignment report and it was absolutely dead on.
The owner was very nice and very accomodating and the technicians I talked to seemed to know their stuff very well. I was very happy with the work and will be back.

Everything seemed to go fine, they finished it and until I was on the freeway, and the car felt like it was floating on me.  They said they had put the wrong size bolts.  The wheel was not held on property.  They changed the bolts and it is ok now.  The tire could have come off at any time.  It seemed to go well at the beginning until we realized about the wrong bolt.  The quality of the work was inadequate because it was not done correctly.
