They repaired some of the wood pegs for me they were very good.

I did a lot of research on fence companies and called to get quotes.  Image Deck & Fence had a great customer rating and they beat everyone's price by about $500.  They replaced all the posts and pickets in just one afternoon.  They got there around 8am and was finished around 2pm.  They removed all the old fencing and cleaned up everything.  The biggest surprise to me was because the price was so low I assumed that they were going to use treated pine, which is what I had before and to me it wasn't a big deal if I could save over $500.  When they showed up and brought in all of the pickets they were cedar - what a deal!!  I was also very pleased because the owner, John, sent me an invoice that had the cost split between me and my neighbor so we could pay our portions separately.  I will use them again to replace the rest of my fence when the time comes!!

The contractor replaced the full back yard cedar fence plus a capped driveway cedar fence.  The contractor left a huge gap under one corner of the back yard fence that our full size Labrador could easily crawl under.  The contractor did come back and place extra rot boards to lessen the gap but there is still a gap that is noticeable and not pleasing to the eye.  The contractor used a teenaged summer helper and one of his less experienced workers to do the most important part of the job which is the capped double-sided driveway fence. This is the section that people see from the road and visitors see when they come up the driveway.  I have personally had to drive extra nails in several of the slats as they were falling off.  The nail holes are not even and the hidden gate had interference and the contractor's answer to the interference was to bevel the caps which looks bad.  He did not ask for our approval of his method to fix the interference, he just did it and it looks bad.  This whole section really needs to be redone by a professional and I feel like we have totally wasted our money on this section.  Finally, the contractor busted water pipes for our sprinkler system, non-coincidentally in the same section that the teenager and less experienced worker did and the contractor only agreed to pay for 1/2 of the damages.  I probably should have taken him to small claims court to get the full amount but just wanted to be done with the entire bad experience.  I would highly recommend not using this contractor but if you do, stay home from work and supervise the entire job.  It's only a couple of day's work and I regret not being there as they obviously required supervision from someone who cared about the quality of the job.

Mr. Peters returned my call right away. Even though the work I needed was a small job, he didn't hesitate to fit me into his busy schedule. He and his assistant completed the job in about 2 hours and even hauled away some wood debris from my neighbor's yard. My new gate was perfect. However, the day after the work was done, I noticed that the fence that attached to the gate was nt properly attached. There were 2 new wood screws visible but they didn't go into the adjacent wood. It was just hanging loose. I propped it up with some potted plants & waited until Monday to call Mr. Peters. When I called and explained the situation he said they hadn't even touched that part of the fence. I told him there were 2 shiny new screws in it. He said he'd 'try to get by to take a look at it.' I was underwhelmed with that statement, but trusted that he would indeed come by and fix it. After about a week a contractor friend of mine took a look at it and said it was surely an oversight since the gate was made so well. I waited another week before calling Mr. Peters again. I left a message on his voicemail repeated what my friend had said. Mr. Peters called me back right away and said he'd be by later that week to fix it. I expressed my thanks and again trusted that he would make this right. A month passed and he never came by. Eventually my friend fixed it. I am extremely disappointed in Mr. Peters. The gate is still perfect, but the adjacent fence shouldn't have been left hanging.

When I called I got the owner, Jon Peters.  i explained to Jon what I needed and asked if he had any other suggestions. Jon was very knowledgable about the materials as well as how the fence should be installed. Jon gave me an estimate over the phone and followed up with an email detailing the work as well as the price which was the same as he had given me over the phone.  I thought the price was very fair.  Jon was friendly, professional and easy to work with.  The three man crew (including Jon who also worked on the job the entire time) showed up on time as scheduled. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and spoke English so there were no communication issues. 
The finished product looked excellent and was very well done.  I could not have asked for a better result.  I would not hesitate in the least to use Jon and Image Deck and Fence in the future.

My favorite thing is that the deck is not attached to the house, its concreted into the ground. All three of the men that came out were very professional. They cleaned their mess up everyday before they left and were back in the morning to continue their work. They were great and I highly recommend them to anyone.

He was really helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely use him again.

I tried them once to replace a 20 years old,  62 feet long cedar fence segment with a new cedar fence. They did a great job. So I used them again  to replace the other 65 feet long segment and they did a great job. I was impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and speed of work. My only reservation was that in both cases their cleanup was OK but not thorough.

It went well from start to finish.  Got  Image Deck and Fence's name from Angie's List.  The owner, Jon Peters, came out to give me an estimate in late June. The fence was replaced in a few weeks (I had to go thru the homeowners group).  Three workers came out on time; Jon was there at the beginning and end of the half-day project. A very professional crew!

Jon came out as promised to give an estimate and options.  He brought samples and explained pros and cons.  I selected a product called Timber-tek and he and his team built the deck as promised, to fit in with the pool deck pavers that are on one side.  Small LED lights were installed (the power cabiling was already there from the previous deck). 
In July 2013 I noticed that a corner of the deck had sunk a little.  Jon came out promptly and fixed this at no charge.  A few of the lights, which had 10-year warranties, had burnt out so he is working to replace those as well.
All in all, excellent service.

My husband had started replacing our old rotten fence pickets until he did some damage to his rotator cuff.
I called Image to help us out.
Patrick, who works for Jon at Image, came out and finished the picket replacement as well as stained all the pickets.  Our HOA insisted we stain the new raw cedar pickets a color that matched the older ones already replaced.
Both men were very professional.  Honest.  Ethical.  Punctual. 
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I called the company and discussed the job on the phone and told them the approximate timeframe that I wanted the job done.  I talked to Jon Peters and was given a verbal cost estimate and told that they could accommodate my timing.  I also received a written estimate via email from Jon following our phone conversation.  I had to wait for the neighborhood association to approve the job, but once approval was received I contacted Image Deck and Fencing.  Image Deck and Fencing came out exactly when they said they would and did the job in one day.  We are very happy with the quality of the job, the fence looks great and Jon and his crew were great.  I highly recommend Image Deck and Fencing.

They came out and measured one day and gave us a quote. Their price was very competitive so we gave them the job. It took them about three days. The fence looks great and the door lock is very sturdy. And the fence is well installed.
I wanted to hire them to install a deck - but I keep emailing them and they haven't got back to me... so that is sort of odd, as they were so responsive the first time.

I got 3 bids - Jon's was very competitive.  He gave me ideas from the beginning on what would give me the desired effect along the woods, and suggested an aluminum fence instead of wrought iron because of low maintenance.  He was the only contractor who made this suggestion - and I'm all about low maintenance.  They were always on time, very communicative, and did an overall excellent job.  Getting contractors from Angie's List is the ONLY way to go!  I like Jon, his ideas and inventiveness so much, I'm probably going to use him for another project as well.  Highly recommend this company!

Jon and two of his coworkers showed up on time, every day (Monday through Friday) until the deck was complete. The work area remained clean and the quality of his work was exceptional. My wife was home alone during the construction and said she never felt uncomfortable with any of his crew, everyone was kind, clean and professional. It took approximately 2 weeks to complete the deck  and it turned out better than we had hoped. The finished product is very sturdy, straight and clean, the crews attention to detail is obvious. All materials used in the construction were very good quality, I do not feel that any corners were cut. It is nice to see a contractor that does not meet up to any of the negative stereotypes out there, I would absolutely use Image Deck and Fence again and would recommend them to anyone in the market.

We replaced two decks totaling approximately 800 square feet, one attached to the house and the other adjacent to the pool.  Image Deck and Fence was the only quote we got after reading the reviews on Angie?s List. After talking to Jon, we felt totally comfortable with his ideas and his attention to detail.  Once he started the project, he and his crew were here every day by 7:30 AM.  I only make note of this because it is very rare, in my experience, for a business to actually show up anywhere near the time they say they will arrive.   The deck by the pool included a cabinet tiled on top to match the pool with a bar sink and faucet as well as a shade arbor on the upper level and wrap around benches with slanted backs (so comfortable!) on the lower level.  Jon also added lighting to both decks on the steps and around the railing plus a double gate on the deck near the house to ?corral? small children.  We were so impressed with his workmanship and professionalism.  He thought of every detail (such as adding a shut off to the gas line close to the grill) and I have never seen a crew that worked so well together.    The decks were totally finished, including tear out and many repairs that surfaced in the process, in 12 work days.  I would use Image Deck and Fence again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship.  They are amazing and truly exceeded our expectations!  Thank you Jon?and Jeff and Patrick!  You are the best!

The work was done on time once we clarified a date. They did an excellent, quick job, and we will use them again.

In this day and age sloppy customer service abounds. In the fencing industry you have contractors who won't call back after a request for a quote or call you 10 days after the request. Then when you talk on the phone to their customer service rep (sometimes the owner) you'll find their knowledge of fencing may be less than desirable. They'll even sometime try to talk you into something they want to give you rather than what you really want.

 None of this is true with Jon Peters and Image Deck and Fence. This is one of the most customer service oriented home contractors I have ever had  the pleasure to work with.

 When I called to ask about fencing I found that Jon was very aware of many different types of fencing and how the job should really be done. This company builds fences the way you want it done.  When I requested a quote Jon sent it the same day via an e-mail. And his pricing is very reasonable too. And might I add very friendly and professional as well. The crew showed up on time on the day scheduled for the job. The team that installed my 60' 6 foot high cedar fence was very friendly and courteous. And all of the team spoke perfect English too.

They worked FAST! They had the old fence torn down in about 30 minutes and in about three and a half hours they installed the new fence. They use cedar pickets for long wear and built the fence with a three rail design for added strength. The result is a very beautiful and sturdy fence. You could take a level to the fence at any point and find that it is perfectly square and level anywhere on the fence.  When the job was complete they picked up everything in the yard and disposed of it. And each team member thanked me for choosing Image Fence & Deck for this job.

I could not have asked for a better result. If you need any kind of fencing done, these are the people to call. Hands down the winner!
