I sent an email regarding PC repairs on November 8. It is now November 17 and I have not heard back. Definitely won? t be doing business with this company.

After many frustrating hours trying to do this on my own, I called HCS and they came out the same day. The tech, Bill, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and professional. It was a very satisfying experience and would definitely use HCS again.
