GA performed a free inspection, found damage to the roof. They then met my insurance adjuster who also inspected the roof. After the adjuster estimated damage they had a new roof installed in just a few day. Very clean and easy process.

I had my roof replaced. They did not put any insulation in and also did not do my chimney correctly. Flashing was not installed right. They did not install counter flashing. This caused leaks. During the process, I was not told that I need to cover my furniture. As a result, I had black tar on all of my walls and furniture. A window was broken. I replaced that but was never reimbursed for this. While they were here, they had a large pile of gravel outside my home. It was blocking my door so I was not able to use it. I have tried to get in contact with them to get these things corrected but I cannot get in touch with them.

The problem I had was when I tried to explain to the workmen the situation, there was only one guy who spoke English, and he wasn't always on site. He told me I had to speak to the supervisor, who wasn't there. They cut a major support on my patio roof, which caused it to sag. They fixed it, but it's not very steady. I am satisfied that I have a patio roof that doesn't leak, however.

We are always available by phone to address any issues or send a Field Manager to any job within minutes of the call when necessary. Every customer has a Representative assigned to them as personal contact. We strive to make every customer have a pleasant experience. We hope your overall experience was successful. I was impressed with their service. They gave us an estimated finish date and were done on time. The owner said they accidentally under bid the job, but he never raised the beginning estimate on us. They stayed true to the price they quoted us. I like the timing of how they did the roof. They did fast work and cleaned up after themselves.
